Individual In-Person Therapy

I offer an introductory session at half the usual rate in order for us to see how we may work together and if we will be a good fit for each other.

Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. (£30 for the introductory session)

I have over 14 years of experience working with people from homeless backgrounds who often have enduring mental health, neurodivergence, learning difficulties or substance and alcohol addiction. Sometimes people with a mixture of some or all of these. I am aware of the impact this has on those working with these groups of people and therefore understand the importance of non-solution focused reflective practice, for both teams and individuals working within difficult support services; NHS, substance misuse workers, mental health services, care workers etc

I can arrange to meet with individuals or groups on a variety of basis. Please contact me to enquire about what you would like for yourself, your team or the group you work for.
